Offshore Staffing Process:

• Place a purchase order with one month’s full payment in advance for offshore service for six months The initial payment is adjusted in the final month of the contract
• Offshore staffs work six days a week for eight hours. The total working hours is 192 hours a month
• The staff working for you is on our payroll and works from our India-based development centers
• We maintain regular communication with you through email, chat and other communication alternatives
• Previous month's invoice is sent to you between 2nd-5th of next month. You pay us through PayPal or bank transfer within 7 days of receiving the invoice
• The resource works for you 24 days in a month. If the number of hours worked in a month is less than 24, the invoice amount is reduced proportionately. On the other hand, if the number of days worked is more than 24 in a month, the invoice amount is not increased.
• You may renew the staffing contract on expiry of the existing contract on mutually agreeable terms.
