Fixed cost model:

• Pass on the basic requirement specs to us each time you are approached by a prospective client.
• We analyze, make important notes, and send them to you along with a basic price and time estimate. We may, for large projects, request for some advance payment.
• You prepare the final proposal including our notes, fix the price quote and submit it.
• Clinch the deal, and send us the details of the client-requirements and important documents or material, which may be there. If requested by us, you also send in the upfront payment.
• We take charge from there and remain in constant communication, providing you with regular updates of our progress.
• We raise the final invoice after we finally deliver and you accept the project.
• Cost of any special software or tools, if purchased for the purpose of the project development, is included in our fixed price quote.

Hourly rate model:

This takes after the fixed rate model with one major exception.

We charge you a fixed rate of US$10 per hour for any skill set. You are free to fix any charge for the total project and quote it to your client. We just keep count of the total man-hours that we work for you. At the end of every week, we raise you the invoice of the charges incurred. E.g., 3 people may have worked on 4 of your projects during a week. The number of projects is irrelevant. We just take into count the total number of man-hours put into your service for the week, which is 90 hours here, costing you US$900. You pay us the following week.

Cost of any special software or tools, if purchased for the purpose of the project development, is also invoiced to you.

Offshore staffing model:

This arrangement helps those arrangement to outsource to us on basis of long-term. Offshore staffing is highly cost effective. Hire Web Developers, Flash Animators, Web Programmers from us at a fixed monthly rates.

Offshore staff members will work completely for you, 8 hrs a day and 6 days a week. Throughout the offshore staffing occupancy (minimum of 3 months), you or your selected person can tenuously supervise their work.
